I, Frank Muscarella III, started Frank's Family Table to share my passion for bringing our culinary knowledge directly to our clients. I have been in the restaurant industry since my mom used to bring me to a family friend's restaurant while I was still in middle school. My mother was a great cook herself and instilled in me the hospitality that I want to share with all of our clients. I look forward to meeting you and working with you closely to bring you a great culinary experience.
I was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. I went to Culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu at the Orlando Culinary Academy. I worked my way up through restaurants in Orlando, Tampa Bay, and Amelia Island. I have worked for large hotels and resorts, corporate restaurants, small group restuarant, and a one of a kind mom and pop restaurant. I bring a wealth of experience to the kitchen that I love to share with everyone around me and happy to answer any food questions you have.
